I am writing. I said I would, so here I am.
I have been cleaning, pleasing BIGDADDY (get your mind outta the gutter!), doing laundry, gave BOY#1 a haircut...ya know all the 'important' junk.
I have been thinking about vlogging once a week. I'm kinda scared though.
1. What if I'm not as funny in real life as I am in person...er writing.
2. What the hell could I have to put on video that I just can't write?!
3. What if you all are like...ewwwww THAT'S what she sounds like in real life, that's totally NOT how I 'pictured' her sounding!!
4. Do people really wanna see me, see my house, see how I stumble when I actually talk?!? Writing is so much easier for me. There is a backspace, I have full access to Wikipedia (except yesterday when they went all SOPA riot-y), If I have to pee you never even know it, If I have to cuss at my kids you don't hear it, If I need to be a teeensy ittsy bitsy tipsy to write a GOOD post you have NO clue! It's the little things like that.

I don't know. It's a huge thought process that to be honest tires (that looks just odd) the shit out of me. I see my friend Carmen do it A LOT lately and it looks like she's having fun. But her blog is the type of blog that needs that visual. Mine. Not so much.
Remember tomorrow is WTFF?!?!? I have several WTF'S!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteWell, vlogging is not for everyone. You could try and short, simple one and see how it goes. If you can convey what you want through your words then leave it. I can't sometimes so I vlog it. I've noticed that vlogs videos only get like 5 people who watch it, but my blog may tell me that 20 ppl read the post. Some are a hit, some not. It all goes back to just doing what floats your boat....don't worry about anyone else.

I KNOW no one wants to watch me talk! *LOL* Heck, it's been 2 weeks since I last posted on my blog....and even then, it went unnoticed. Maybe it's a sign I should keep my ramblings to myself. *giggle* But you go, gf! You can always stop, right? Besides, you're adorable. Who wouldn't wanna watch you talk? : ))

DeleteNooooo. There are NO signs for you to do that. Just do what he asked and leave it at that. If he asks for another one just tell him that you don't write blogs just to have him "test" them. That's bogus.
As for the 'wanting to watch me talk'...umm I can name about 6 right off the bat ;)
