I am so excited. And scared. And nervous.

Yes!! Still!!

Yesterday I sent in my sample blog to the editor of The R-M. I chose the subject of being a SAHM, afterall THAT is what I have know for 17years. Late this morning I checked my email and lo and behold there was one from him. Truthfully it took me a few minutes of psyching myself out to open it and read what it said.

"This is good."

THOSE were his exact words. I was given the go ahead to write 1x a week and it will be published in the paper. =) HAPPY DANCE!

He is referring it to their web editor(?) and he will be contacting me to set up the day of the week it will run. I will also have a picture taken. BYUCK. Maybe I could photoshop it. Ya know, to make me look more writeryish(that is to a word). Anywho..I also have to have a title for it. STUMPED. Me..stumped for words. GO FIGURE! Any suggestions would totally ROCK!! (This is where you comment..seriously. comment. please.)

Waiting for that email I was so scared that I was going to get turned down AND at the EXACT same time I was so scared I would be accepted.

I really need all of you guys my friends, family and fellow bloggers to check it out. Keep me grounded. Let me know what you think. Negative OR positive. I will NOT fail at this. I want to knock everyone's socks off. I want to feel good about each and every post I write...

I will keep you guys updated when I hear more. Heck, I won't be able to shut-up about it for awhile. Bear with me. Hmmm, why is it bear like the animal?? I say this often, but written it is just plain odd. Odd I Say.
