The picture she took had razored bangs about a 1/2 inch below the eyebrow, which THEGIRL sooo does NOT have. Booooo.
Our stylist was finished here at this cut.
I said "don't you want your bangs shorter like in the picture?"

She said "Yes Mother anything you say Mother, you know best Mother. I love you" I just laughed writing that. LAUGHED! Any whoo she said...Nothing! She said nary a word. You know what she did instead???

Me being the most wonderful parent that I am (raises knuckles to my mouth, breathes on them and polishes them on my shirt). I say nothing either. NARY A WORD. (You like that "nary a word" saying?? That's my NEW awesomenessed (I sooo told you that was a word!) saying. I got it from 'The Andy Griffith Show' LOL!)
I left it at that. Why you ask?? Because my Mom ALWAYS made me get my haircut/styled how she wanted it. Which might I add TOTALLY explains my UNattractiveness, NOT getting asked to go to the school dances, NARY(♥this word) a boyfriend going through school. NOW though. I TOTALLY ROCK!! ;)
NOT a new doo particularly. Definitely NOT the doo in the picture. But if she's happy, I'm happy. Even though I soooo wanted her bangs shorter and covering her forhead. I REALLLY dislike the hair in the one eye look. RAWR!! If she's happy, I'm happy. =)
Okay, I'm only partially happy. Butttt we aren't talking about me now are we???

ReplyDeleteShe is gorgeous no matter what....you although hav more anxiety issues then aunt b.... wowzers...next time whistle tthe andy griffith tune like ur weirdo bird used to and never ever publically admit that u can quote andy griffith... lol..its ok I still love u.....omg omg...all the cooking and stuff...ur gonna b aunt b....minus the booty... I'm pretty comparable to the town drunk (ottis)?? But hey at least andy loves us.. ok maybe I'm more a cross of the town drunk and deputy (seriously not sure of his name so that's crazy).....and in my first blog post to u I hav only realized I know far toooooo much about and griffith and still not a damn thing about glee....oops can I say damn in 'lil mommas mussings' lol wth I said it twice. ;)
ReplyDeleteShe is beautiful, but I know EXACTLY how you feel. Darn kids and hair stylists! There should be a pre-hair cut conference with Mom's only...... This morning as I raged inside I said NARY a word to my son outloud about how I REALLY felt... Darn kids....
